Start by Identifying Your Market
Before we get started on building your actual membership and then getting folks to come to it, I’d like for everyone to identify who they want to help and how they are going to help them.
So start by answering these questions:
1) How do you want to help others?
2) Who needs that kind of help?
3) What can you see putting into your membership to help them?
(Note: if you don’t yet know what to put into your membership, no worries, I’ll be covering that soon! But I would like to get a feel for what you might already have in mind for your membership)
