Thanks for confirming that it’s OK not to work on all parts of my business every day, Sean 🙂 – I’ve tried to at times, only to get behind in all parts! Lately, I’ve been putting Mon Tue etc on each item to do each week, and when one doesn’t get checked off on Tues, e.g., I make sure to do that one on Wed and if time runs out, skip one of the ones that did get done on Tues. Obviously, hard deadlines have to be met, but at least I’m moving forward in every area to some degree. It’s so easy to be overly optimistic, time-wise, on daily schedules.
