How do I get the $20 and $29 payments permanetly canceled?

Hello.
I canceled these $29 and $20 subscription payments in December 2017 and you resumed charges in May 2018 without my authorization and without me accessing the product.
Please permanently cancel these payments and respond to the 4 Discover Cards charge backs that I have initiated.
