A member of our family was diagnosed with an illness and one of the recommendations of her Dr. was to strategically de-clutter.

I keep it pretty simple and tend to use short “to-do” lists with no more than 3 items on it.
This reminds me of the most important things I have to do in a day and if more gets done, that’s great!I’m also a big fan of chaos planning.
