My goal is to inspire people to get on with it and work toward fulfilling their dreams and their purpose in life.

Most of us don’t reach the level of success we hope for because we just aren’t mentally ready to take action, for whatever reason. My process is to give people practical help in plotting their course and the tools to overcome the mental obstacles that stand in their way.

My Inspired Year Weekly Planner and the free training that accompanies it is the beginning of the practical help. The paid training that comes next is designed to develop the mental qualities that accompany success.

    Check it out at normaesler.com.

Any feedback on the page would be appreciated. This isn’t strictly a dedicated landing page, but let me know if it works for you.

    Thank you!

I watched the video on your blog.

You’ve put a lot of work into that planner.

Something I did notice right away was that very serious-looking digital piano in the background.

    Do you play?

What kind of piano is it?

Just scanned over your website before I ran out the door and I think it looks great, very professional.

I don’t know how you use it. If you send people to it or have a list and promote to it.

I had to dig a bit to find the free training that you are using for a squeeze page to get subsribers I take it.

Have you considered putting it on the front page up at the top to help you build a list from any home page traffic?

Thanks, Bruce. The piano’s a Roland. Very nice. I have a hundred year old Gerhard Heinzman upright in my living room and the digital piano in my office. I do play and have been teaching guitar and piano for most of my adult life.

I studied piano for many years.

When I moved to the UK, I got a Grade 8 and an ALCM.

Now I fill in when asked to accompany the church services on piano / organ.

@ Bruce, Nice to hear you’re using your musical talent in your church. I used to play in church every week. I’m hoping my eyes will improve enough that I can get back reading music more easily. I am seeing improvement already so I’m very hopeful.

Thanks, Scott. There’s a signup in the black bar right under the header. Maybe it’s not obvious enough?

There is also the box in the sidebar… which I’m guessing is what you found.

So… a sign up above the fold and another below the fold.

    My purpose for the website:
    – sell the planner, and the follow up training that I’m still pulling together.
    – provide value with lots of helpful articles, ebooks, etc.
    – promote other things that I’m into, like the Inspirational Graphics

Hi Norma! I checked out your page and it looks interesting. I am a planner addict so I have many planners both hard copy and digital. Is there any way for people to see examples of what the inside of the planner looks like?

Hi Renee. You can see some of the pages at Lulu here:

    http://www.lulu.com/shop/norma-esler/my-inspired-year-weekly-planner-2018-downloadable-version/ebook/product-23367594.html

Click Preview in the fine print under the book’s picture. That link leads to the downloadable version at Lulu.

Lulu prints my hardcopies for me and they do a great job. I don’t know of any other print on demand service that does spiral binding. They also have many local print facilities around the world so fulfillment is fast.

Thank you for your interest. 🙂

    Hi Norma,
You have a lovely site easy to navigate and very good content.
I did notice one of your links are not working – My Amazon Store, and can you change your buy now button to one that opens in a new tab as it takes me away from your website (because even if I buy I want to still check out more of your site)
    Otherwise good stuff 🙂

    Menu Update

Thank you all for your feedback. 🙂

I’ve already made a few improvements. Removed a broken link. Added a My Products link in the menu bar. Coded Buy Buttons to open in a new tab.

Are you familiar with this thing called mental toughness?

If so, how is it similar / different to what you teach?

Hi Bruce. I’m not familiar with any particular teaching on mental toughness.

My approach is closer to behaviour modification. Action is what brings results, so cultivating good habits, even in little things, can give us the boost/reward we need to accomplish the things that are capable of making a bigger impact on our lives, like increasing our income.

The mental game is everything when it comes to being successful, but we can’t “think” ourselves into the right attitude. If we could, we’d already be where we want to be.

It’s not just mental, but “incremental.” (See what I did there? – Heehee!)

Winning each day, step by step. Doing those things that lead to success.

Not just thought but action. One good habit at a time. One day at a time.

That’s how my planner is designed to work. And why I have those encouraging emails in my autoresponder.
