How much longer are you willing to allow those things to hold you back?
How much longer are you willing to allow those things to hold you back?
Seriously, write it down – how much longer are you willing to allow those things to hold you back?
You see, as long as you are willing to accept the reasons that have held you back, those reasons will continue to hold you back.
Until you are no longer willing to accept your past reasons and limitations (no matter how real or legitimate) you won’t accomplish your goal.
And of course my goal is for YOUR goal to be accomplished . . . so you have to begin to develop a mindset that says, ok, these things held me back in the past, but now I am going to find a way to do it – no matter what.

I tell my clients that one of the most powerful words is “anyway.”
You can state your difficulties, you can enumerate all of your problems, you can keep your “Woe is me” list on the refrigerator…or you can say “I did it anyway.”
Let’s look at some examples of the power of anyway.
The car wouldn’t crank, but I went to work anyway and I got paid.
I had a cold, but I finished the website and got subscribers anyway.
I didn’t think I could do it, but I tried anyway and after a few hours I got it done.
I didn’t think I had anything to offer, but I made a product, put it out to the world and it sold anyway.
Of course we coaches are much the same as anyone else, we may be coaches, but we need encouragement, advice and accountability anyway…
