A couple of observations:
In the table of contents, everything is on one line … but for one line. You have it like this: TIP #5: Keep Watching: Opportunities Come When You Least Expect Them.
Visual appeal would be enhanced if you’d keep that to one line, like the rest. This might do it: TIP #5: Keep Watching: Opportunities Come When Least Expected
One more thing: All red in the body seems too much for me. I’d try keeping the red in the headlines, but using black text in the body.
