The one who stands out to me is Pranov Yadave, the CEO of Neuro Insight he has a technology to map consumer’s brains in relation to ads.
This reminds of the software that was released a couple years back that told you where visitors focused there eyes on your site during their visit (thus telling you where to put your ads/landing pages).

I still have yet to look at all of them, but the one that caused me to grab the article for this forum was the story of Angela Luna who created several jackets that, when zipped differently, became tents.
She felt compelled to do something for the people she saw in the Grecian refugee camps.
