    Why not help each other?

I don’t know about you, but I feel those that are posting here and participating are helping me and I hope in at least some small way I am helping you.

I had an idea that we might start this thread where you can ask a favor and you can give a favor. No pressure, no obligation, no guilt. Don’t do anything you don’t feel comfortable with.

I am going to try to do both in one post to start it off. Sort of a sandwich deal. I will show you a free resource, ask a favor if you are comfortable with it and then make you another free offer to help you. A free slice of bread, then the favor and then another free slice of bread.

Monday I hope to start the “Use What You Learn” Challenge and start the relaunch of one of my websites as a platform.

Here is what I could use for a favor and what I have to offer you:

I started a free forum some time ago and never promoted it. I am adding a forum to the website and platform, so first I offer you a resource you may not know about: https://www.proboards.com they offer free forums and you can do a paid upgrade. I don’t get anything for telling you, I just looked over forums and thought this one was the best freemium offer going at the time.

Next the favor, I am not trying to take people away from this group. I want to make that plain. Neither do I want to start a place where we talk about this group away from the group so everyone doesn’t get the benefit of our being a group. What I am asking is if you feel comfortable, go to my forum and make a few posts so it won’t be empty.

My lead in to my training is the three steps to wealth. 1. you get the information. 2. you study the information. 3 you use the information.

I also have three secrets to the three steps to wealth. 1. You must get the correct information. 2 you study the information not until you know it, but until it changes you. 3. You must apply that information in a certain way.

If you are a Wallace Wattles fan you know about the certain way.

So if you are comfortable, say something about the three steps or the three secrets or anything you want that has to do with success. Feel free to promote this group and Sean. Maybe say something about me that isn’t too bad even.

Now my other slice of bread on my sandwich offer. I offer you the opportunity to post about your business in the three steps to wealth forum. Nothing too blatantly spammy, Just tell what you do and who you help, put up your links, anything that will help you. I know so far here everyone has really held to the highest standards. I am not worried about this group.

Remember, we are not going off forum to talk about this group and be private or cut out members of this group. Talk about this group to promote it and Sean all you like, but conversations that have value to the group members should stay here.

Now here is the forum link: http://threestepstowealth.freeforums.net

You will have to register to post, but we are all familiar with how that works.

I hope this is a help to you and I am sure it will be a help to me. I would just like people outside of our group to see a few posts in place when they get there.

    Best to all,

    Scott Hogue CChH

Hi Scott, I didn’t not want to answer this now as it is a very good concept.

I will definitely help out with this. Give me a day or so as I am finishing building a new business model as I write this (I realized I was going in the wrong direction) and when its up I will be able to do more than just comment I will be able to give to your site the value I want, but more on that later tonight or tomorrow :-).

I have had the thought that anyone that wanted to offer some content on wealth and success in any of all of its forms I would consider posting that on the wealth portal I am making.

I could link to your article or content.

I am pretty conservative in my religion, I wouldn’t feel comfortable linking to any unconventional spiritual content, just because it wouldn’t align with what I will be having on the site as the spiritual side of wealth. Not being a judge or critic here, you follow your path. Just trying to give a little direction for what I am looking for.

    Money making
    Internet marketing
    Health and wellness
    Relationships
    Motivation
    Success Stories
    Law of Attraction
    Home based businesses

    That sort of thing.

if you want to email me at scotthogue@ymail.com or just post something here that is fine.

    To your success,

I know that reciprocity is a powerful psychological force, but in this forum my primary goal is to offer advice which I think may benefit whoever I happen to be writing to.

If some additional benefit comes as a result, then that’s fine; but it’s not why I’m doing it.

And this is probably just me, but I’ve always felt uncomfortable with the “buy a round of drinks” tradition. That’s the one where one person buys everyone’s drink, soft or otherwise, and the the second round is bought by someone else. Perhaps one reason is that one lemonade is enough. 😉

I think that’s a good idea, Scott. One reason I joined is so that we could all assist each other get to where we need to go.
Whether that meant getting views on a video, critiquing sales copy or commenting on a forum.

I think adding a little structure for this, like your post would be a good way to start.

Does this have anything to do with Sean decoupling the forum from his coaching program?
I’m not exactly sure what the result of this will be or that the message went out as intended.

I received the message to my ‘non-coaching client’ email but not to the one I communicate with Sean as a client.

    One clarification before I post on your forum;
I’ve been told by some that Law of attraction is outside the norm of religious/spiritual content.

Personally, I see most people using Law of Attraction as the starting point but there are many more universal laws.
