I am sure Sean will make places where we can have group discussions in smaller groups and touch base with others as we go along. Until then, Sean has assigned some work on the “Home” page. I suggest we discuss it here temporarily until he gives us more options and some direction.

He has same as said he will be going over the material in time as he lays it out.

I have to say, although I had heard some of the recordings before, this time I felt I really got it. I think the activities here, the act and mindset of joining a group like this, the ideas I am seeing shared and the intention that is behind all of this is the reason.

    Open for ideas,

I don’t see that assignment, Scott. What’s it about?

Are you talking about the “Coaching Business Master Download”? I believe that’s an opt-in offer for folks who aren’t yet members of this group.

    Hi Scott,

I am broadly in agreement with you there. But as people are still joining the program, maybe we should allow some time for everything to settle down, before we start in earnest on the training side.

Everyone will, of course, work at their own pace through the training. Some others, who have followed Sean for a long time, may have seen a lot of that type of training before and that is an advantage in itself. As you admit yourself a second look has deepened your understanding.

I know from personal experience how intimidating things can become, in your own mind, if you join a group late and feel you have to rush, rush rush to catch up or keep up with the front runners.

This is by no means a sleight against you enthusiasm and intelligent proposals, it’s just how some human brains work, and I feel we have to allow a little more dust to settle before we forge ahead too quickly.

When the group is firmly established however, individuals, partnerships or groups can do more of their own thing. Without, of course, EVER losing the main ethos of the WHOLE group, that of helping one other whenever we can.

Of course it is all voluntary.

Just if anyone wants to discuss the first training I am offering to join in and start before Sean puts up more and we fall behind.

    Totally optional

great idea, I love the way you are taking action and taking initiative to help get things going!

And to those who have perceived that I am slowly opening up parts as we gain momentum . . you are so right . .

I have a wide field of ideas for components that will take you to the next level . . but want to make sure I don’t introduce too much too fast!
