Sean has told all of us that we need to find a marketing platform for our niche and then dominate it.
To do that, it seems to me, we have to have a process for doing so.
My question really consists of three sub-questions:
1. How do you evaluate the suitability of a new marketing platform?
2. What criteria do you use for deciding when it’s time to change platforms?
3. What do you look for in a new platform?
