As you know, there are a number of features and components that will be added to PreneurPal over time . . .
But wanting to make sure that we don’t roll things out so fast that they don’t get used, and then there is feature overload ๐
So . . . what is the #1 thing you’d like to see me open up, roll out, or create NEXT?
Thanks
Sean

Hi Sean. I’d like to see the messaging feature activated. It’s tough to start conversations in a forum post and then try to keep track of the responses. Thank you!

Being a PLR/resources junkie, I’d like to see some sort of repository where people can share templates, plugins, ebooks, etc. that they have access to and can offer to others. I know, many of us may have access to a lot of the same products anyway, but not everyone does.
Just a thought. Thanks.

I would like to be able to communicate directly with people.
Sometimes I feel that I can’t help people as much as I would like to because what I want to say might embarrass them in front of everyone else.

Maybe itโs just me, but I have some navigation problems. For example to find a page with all forum threads. Sometimes I canโt find the main (home) page.
I guess Iโm used to much to some menu navigation.-

Dejan, the direct link to the forum threads is called Direct Link to Ask Anything Forum. Right now, it’s in the top right of the Navigation bar.
The Pal Core Access page is where you’ll see all the training and different sections.
If you scroll to the bottom of the page, then on the right you’ll see various links to different comments. Not all of the links work right now, but most do.
If there are certain threads that you want to follow, then click the word Favorite in the top right corner of the original post. Then you click on your favorite link at the bottom of the Pal Core Access page and see just the ones you’ve chosen.

Thanks, Sean
Sean, I’m really enjoying the site more and more as the new features are being rolled out. I’m seeing improvements in communication and navigation that are especially helpful. Thank you.

Just reflecting over what’s happened in the past week, I think it would be better if we left these decisions up to you, Sean.
Our job is to become intimately familiar with the features we already have: to learn how to walk before we try to run.

Focus
Weekly focus topics would be helpful to keep a thread going. G. Bey’s idea is a good one, perhaps … keep the weekly calls going here.

Next: Ease of Navigation
Perhaps it’s just me but I have a challenge in getting to the various headings/topics. I allocate a certain amount of time to spend here and I was struggling to get around so would read and leave. My work-around is to click on one person’s comment under the thread and take it from there.
Is there a way to make the main headings clickable from the Home Page? Thanks!

Yvonne,
thanks for your patience as we fine-tune how the site works . . .
there is now a direct link in the main menu near the top of the page
also, if you click the “forum” button above the new search box, top left, you’ll get directly to the forums.
Also, I’ve added a feature where you can see which posts you haven’t read, etc . . .
Thanks!
Sean

With everyone else making good suggestions, I was going to stay away from this thread, but I would really like a search function, so we can search the topics and find posts and threads on specific things. The title of a thread may not cover all of the good information in the threads.

ok, I’ve added a search button to the front page, right above the ask anything posts . . .
also, you can click on forums right above the search box, and it gives a forum view that includes search . .

Well, that shows it pays to ask…
I think I was looking before it was added, but it could just be excellent response to requests.

Hi Sean
Thank you so much for all the work you are putting in to make this forum awesome. I have another request if it is possible: Could you be able to click on a person and see all the post the have put up. I find it interesting the different voice and question from a person and as the forum get bigger be able to see the post from individuals. ๐All things Digital

Sean, What did you have in mind with the Favorites link?
Would someone use it in order to stay on top of a particular thread, or do you have more than that in mind?

LOL button?
I’m not really being serious here, but don’t you wish sometimes there was an LOL button to go along with reply, thanks, quote, etc.?
I really do laugh out loud sometimes at some of the witty comments and remarks that fly around this forum.
Thanks, friends, for brightening my day. ๐

At the moment, it’s possible to identify certain threads as favorites.
I’d like to do that with some people, too.

I think this is the same thing Norma was saying, but: I wish there was a way to get notified by email when you get a reply to your posts. Yes, there is the option to read “unread,” when you first log in, but sometimes you still have to go digging to find the posts you wrote actually wrote in the first place in order to get the response, etc. Some forums will send the responses directly to your email, with a way to go directly to that particular discussion thread.
