I would like to start a new group coaching program, but I don’t know if I will have enough to actually call it a group. Is there a way to work around this which came first, the chicken or the egg problem?

Hey Scott anything over 3 can be a group 🙂 you can say small group coaching to give the value of one on one coaching with importance of connecting with others.

    Me, Myself and I?
    lol

The small group coaching idea is a real mental help. I can see offering it as more valuable.

    Thanks,

You know, I plan to just start. I figure I could just begin with myself on a recording, if necessary! As Scott puts it: me, myself and I!

Yeah, Scott said it so well! I talk to myself, my angels and God all the time, so it should be pretty good!

The big thing, no matter how many are in attendance, is that you’re developing content … building a stockpile of resources.

Don makes a great point. Building content is something lots of people don’t work at or remember. And content is a valuable asset.
Another thing to remember is that on some platforms it shows how many are a part of your ‘group’ unless you turn that off. Be sure if you’re just starting that it doesn’t show the ‘me, myself, and I’ as the only person in the group. Not good for social proof and building trust.

    Start by coaching one-on-one.

When you have too many people to do that, then introduce a group program at a lower per person rate.

There’s no need to rush the format when you’re trying to change lives.

Scott, one way to start is by offering a 5-day challenge that is targeted and helps people get results fast. See what questions they have and then build that into a small group coaching program. Also, you can ask the Challenge participants where they want to go next and build a group coaching program from their responses.

I agree with both Bruce and Jan . . offer a 5 day challenge, get folks in.

But even there is only one person . . that is the start.

Record what you do, add someone else the next week.

You can start coaching low priced, then raise it as well for future members, to future pricing.

Let the earlier folks who “seed” your coaching program have lowered grandfathered pricing . .
