Leslie Leftley started the topic Are there still ways to drive traffic from Facebook on a very limited budget? in the forum Ask Anything 6 years, 10 months ago
Hi all,
I ask the question, because of all the doom and gloom surrounding frequent algorithm changes these days, and the fact that FB does not show your ads to nearly as many people as previously. Personally I think experts, with a bankroll of money to use to test and test again, can still make it. But Mark Z is pushing for more Social…which…[Read more]

I’m with you on the sleep.
I get a better quality of sleep in the eight hours between 9:30 pm and 5:30 am than any other period in the 24.
Is this your experience, too?

Great thread to start Yvonne. Thanks.
What I do for planning is a simple to-do list I built in a Word document that I cut and paste prioritized things to the top. I added a quote at the top that says, “Sloppy Success is Better Than Perfect Mediocrity” to help keep me on track and moving. I add a ‘ONE THING’ line for each day of the week at the…[Read more] -

One way to find the posts you want to see is to Favorite them. Then in the Members section (I think that’s where it is) you can look at all the posts that you’ve identified as such.

Dr, Bruce, I can totally understand how the unexpected can derail our plans.
This is why I believe we should avoid accounting for every waking moment, and
give ourselves room for the unexpected. Otherwise it leads to frustration and
anxiety.Thank you for your feedback. Hope you get to bed on time tonight! 🙂

I made a post to my business facebook page today and in about two hours I see 13 people reached, one share and one like. I didn’t pay to boost it. Not sure if people reached means people read it or what, but interesting…
Any comments?

Thank you, Dana, for sharing. When you can find an app that automates certain areas of
your business, I consider that a blessing, don’t you. Especially like the
point about the app not allowing you to forget essential areas, as well as
being able to set priority tasks. -

I use Facebook for 2 reasons: groups and pages. If you want exposure, get involved in large groups and post often. Groups are a great way to leverage exposure and build relationships. And business pages help to build authority, if you post to them regularly.
Facebook is under tremendous pressure to produce earnings, and for that reason I am…[Read more]

Dana, thank you for this post. Without it, I wouldn’t have thought to look at the Quora tutorial. Now it’s on my “must do” list!

Sean says…Information is getting to the place where it is free on the internet, you can find nearly anything on the internet for free if you look long enough, but transformation is not.
The money is in helping people transform their lives.
The real value is in changing people’s lives.

Well, major thanks to you and to Sean for the suggestion. It goes right along with many of Sean’s teachings, making it doubly useful to anyone following his coaching.

Bruce, I think you are on track here. I also think we often neglect the goose that lays the golden eggs, in this case us, ourselves.
If we want to perform our best, be it physically or creatively we must take care of ourselves physically and emotionally.
I am wearing tracker watches and bands now to find some areas to improve. I didn’t think I…[Read more]
