Don, it made a big difference for me to write it down on paper and to do it first thing in the morning before all the chaos defocused me, sometimes negatively.

I believe it is critical to have balance in your life.

Without it, the reason you’re working in the first place, other than the basic survival needs, gets overlooked.

I know this from personal experience, and if I had it to do over again, I would be much more balanced rather than so work focused.

There are times you must be imbalanced, this is a given. But, this is not something you should do on a long-term basis, as I did.

That is, if you really want to experience the full flavor of life and share the fruits of your labor.

Nowadays, I get up early when my family is asleep and stay up later as needed so as not to cut in to the time they deserve.

It’s tough because I found myself justifying how all this hard work was for them but in the long run it was really about me and my desire to be successful.

At least this is what I discovered and I also discovered that after having all the fancy cars, homes and material things that it really didn’t matter about that stuff.

What mattered was what was inside the home.

    My two cents…

I believe that focusing first on the niche you are currently building would be the wisest.

You can always expand later and likely with a better, more developed product that has been tweaked from customer feedback, etc. With the following you have currently, it sounds like a good test market to see if the product is viable.

    Good luck! 🙂

Just remember that when self-doubt walks in the front door success runs out the back.

We all have it from time to time, but lots of great answers so far here – stay the course – more will be revealed as you move forward. 🙂

I’m right there with ya Willie, sad to say. Dominic had some great advice and I believe Sean is one of the smartest marketers in the IM space.

My opinion on Success with IM…

    1) True success with anything sales related, including IM starts when you genuinely begin to care about the person on the other side of the desk, computer or webinar first. The money will follow, but not if we have this reversed.

    2) Success with IM begins and sustains itself through laser focus and a burning desire to achieve your goal, which better include helping others get what they want and need.

    3) Stay positive and Never give up, no matter what. Remember, the Fortune is in the Follow Up.

When the smoke clears, it really just comes down to 3 things, focus, focus, focus.

My two cents on this subject. 🙂

My opinion is that it would be more effective later in the funnel after credibility had been established.
