No one delivers as much value as Sean! And that's why Sean's my coach
Bruce, I think it’s very important to make PreneurPal a place for everyone, no matter what their level of expertise. I know a few of you experts have gotten quite clicky lately, but to exclude newbies from whatever masterminds you would form here should not be the spirit of this forum.
Clearly, you have firmly established your expertise here at PreneurPal and if anyone one of us newbies (or experts) ever need a ghostwriter, we know you’re the guy to contact.
I, myself, am still trying to establish a mere schedule for myself so that I can begin to build my online business from scratch. It’s a very scary thing for me and so many others unlike yourself, Bruce, so we’d really appreciate having access to as much information and trainings as possible. Sean’s trainings have inspired me to take more action than I have ever taken in modern times, so I really wish he would put back more of what he initially posted. And, Bruce, I really hope it wasn’t you or any of our other resident experts who convinced him to take so much of it down! However, I do agree that the new format is so much easier to read.
As for forum threads, it would be rather helpful to be notified when someone responds to our comments and questions. I rarely ever see anyone’s response to what I write unless I look for it. I will try to look into the “favorite” feature that you point out, Bruce.
When PreneurPal first launched, I, a non-expert, was so active here because I needed to win the $100 – money I really could have used. If only I had understood that I was just 2 questions behind Scott, I could have easily won that $100, too, since Scott was not online at the end of the contest. Unlike Scott, I don’t yet have any online income.
When I finally get my schedule together, I will definitely make it a point of writing in here everyday. It is my intention to be as active as possible at PreneurPal and I’m sure that is also the intention of most others here.

Sean, I love how you are giving us so many reasons to login to PreneurPal everyday. Everything’s here! The newspaper layout that you love so much does seem a little crowded, but I favor the abundance of information over a spacious layout, any day. Thank you for all the time you are spending on this… it must have taken quite a while to post 400 trainings!
I have always noticed the direct link to the Ask Anything Forum, but have never used it. I’m always clicking on the Pal Core Access… but now I’ll have to try out that direct link since everyone’s raving about it. I noticed you’ve already attended to the login page… everything’s coming along nicely!
I do think it is very important to showcase the forums as you have done so that no one forgets to participate in the community.

By the way, I clicked the link in your signature, Bob… how is Online Sales Pro going for you? I once signed up for that through a site, but quickly cancelled when I saw how expensive it was going to be. I know a lot of people say that they are making a killing promoting these kind of affiliate products, but I just don’t think I should have to pay a monthly fee to promote any company’s product.

I think my husband will begin to take my online business more seriously once I make some money. Right now, I’m still setting up. I’m closer to doing this online thing than I ever have been before, but I’m still getting it altogether. Once I start, though, I feel like I’ll be unstoppable thanks to Sean’s influence over the past year. I’m gearing up and I am finally ready! I can’t wait to show my husband what is possible.

I really like Pixabay… unlike so many of those free image sites, they don’t ruin all their photos by putting their watermark all over them. I’m sure your other recommendations must have a similar practice as Pixabay. I have been wanting to find more resources for my photos. Thanks, Tina and everyone!

What’s holding me back? FEAR. My lifetime has been so full of heartache, failure and disappointment that I fear a repeat. But I’ve just got to put myself out there no matter what. I am so great at doing this in some areas of my life, just not when it will actually make me some money right now. Money is good for me… so I pledge to stop pushing it away.

I’m a certified professional coach who has operated as a volunteer business coach forever and ever. As a little child prodigy back in the 1970s, I founded and co-planned – together with an adult – numerous well-known businesses with the money that I became the sole heir of all the way back in 1982 (when I was just 16). To this day, I am still awaiting the very first distribution of my income, but I definitely have a wealth of entrepreneurial experience to share in the meantime.

All of you have some really great ideas and have clearly taken the time to fully think them through! The way that Suzanne has broken it all down looks like it could really work.
I do understand the need for there to be people who have actually done what they’re advising others to do in the “I can help” section, but I do think it is also very helpful and crucial for everyone to have a voice – whether or not they have any experience at all.
Everyone in this community has something to say and offer regardless of their experience in IM. As Sean always says… Anyone Can Coach. Let’s not forget that spirit in here! We don’t want this to be some exclusive club for experts only. We want to make this a place for all serious people who have the burning desire to make a living online.
It is thanks to my experience with giving my “inexperienced” feedback here in PreneurPal for 2 days in a row that I discovered how helpful I actually am. This boosted my confidence so much, that I actually took the plunge and started seriously building my website (squeeze page, included).

Well, I think it is so great to know that everyone here is willing to offer the members something a little extra. What a valuable resource PreneurPal will be if all of us can contribute a little of what we have to offer in our own business as part of our membership here.
IM is a niche I plan on taking on once I’ve made some money online, but, for now, I’m starting where my heart is. I’m about to create my first squeeze page in years and, until I can write my blow away pdf manual as Sean prescribes in his Ritz Blitz and other classes, I think my freebie will be a 3-card Tarot reading that includes a bonus oracle card. When I finally get my pdf manual done, I’ll include inside it a coupon for this same free reading as well.
What I could do for members in the community is offer a complementary full tarot / oracle reading or a personal healing, channeling or coaching session – your choice! I’m just getting set up, so I need a little more time before I can deliver, but I’ll be here for you in no time!

Over the years, I have occasionally used affiliate links on Facebook and Twitter, but it’s never worked out for me. I do believe in the products that I have attempted to promote, however. If you’re talking about all those article ads at the bottom of popular websites, I never click those. They are almost always click bait and don’t contain very much information about the subject matter that’s put in their headline. I don’t know why advertisers even bother with them. All you have to do is click on one of them once and you’ll know to never bother again. Deceptive advertising!

PayPal does seem to be the standard for most everyone. It’s great to know that you’ve reached the point in your business where you feel comfortable charging big ticket prices. Just make sure you don’t forget the little guy! Going big ticket doesn’t prevent you from continuing to offer some low ticket items for all those who cannot afford big ticket prices. To change the world, we can’t leave anyone out!

If I received an offer like that, I think I’d look at it as a potentially good business opportunity and not automatically dismiss it. As long as you like their website and you can see that they give fair reviews, it could be a great new way of getting yourself out there as Steve points out.

I know I’m the newbie, but I think you know what works best for you, Dana. Focus is key, just like Don said. Are you the kind of person who has a long attention span or a short one? If you naturally keep your focus for long periods of time, maybe you should schedule large blocks of time for yourself to take advantage of the momentum that’s created as you work longer. Otherwise, focus for shorter periods of time on a more frequent basis.

I know Sean loves Beaver Builder and I know it’s great tried and true WP plugin, but I decided to invest in the Divi Theme, instead, which comes with a visual builder plugin. It’s a one time payment (if you choose it, but so easy to upgrade without paying extra) with LIFETIME updates. I had a lot of technical problems at first, but I got it all sorted out with their tech chat which is very prompt and very extensive if that is the kind of help that you need. Divi so easy to use… once you get set up, you really don’t have to watch any tutorials because it’s all quite intuitive.

Bruce, I didn’t know that Google frowned upon sending traffic to different websites that you own. I thought any movement of traffic was good for SEO. I just don’t understand how moving traffic around all your sites could ever create red flags for the Google police.

If you don’t mind, I’d like to let you know that I do not like Frank Kern at all. He’s way over-priced… Sean Mize is far more ethical and his training far more implementable. You do not have to spend so much money getting started with your business. Staying simple is so much smarter.

If I didn’t ever get afraid, maybe all my dreams would be underway by now! Honestly, I’d be doing exactly what I’m doing now, only I’d be so much farther along on my path than I am right now.
I think our fear is an obstacle and when we overcome it, our success is so much sweeter and more meaningful than it ever could be without it.

How true, Scott! The client / customer is the whole reason we went into business in the first place. A business has no purpose if it doesn’t serve at least one client / customer (but hopefully many more!). Yes, we have to make a living, but we can only do so if we are providing a needed service. This is so vitally important to remember as we build our profitable businesses. Everything should be built around the need of your clients / customers.

Leslie, nowadays, I do think that you can target exactly the prospect you’re looking for on Facebook like never before and it’s not that hard to do. You could test it out at the perfect time of day and limit your ad spend to just $5 / day, or something like that. You can select the gender, profession, location, income, age… it’s so unbelievable what you can now do. No one else has the traffic that Facebook does. When I’m ready, I will experiment with it and keep my ad spend at just $5 / day to begin with until I find an ad that seems to work best. All the leads that you collect from Facebook go on your email list forever and ever. YOU own your email list, not Facebook! When I finally test this, I will let you all know how it goes.

Steve, you’re so right… our greatest training is found in actually doing it. We may not be perfect, but by actually doing it, we can see what it is that we need to improve on in order to do it better next time. Do this again and again and you’ll see that your business begins to actually make you money.

I think a lot of people – myself, included – think that it takes money to make money. Since entering adulthood, I’ve never had access to a lot of money and never have I made very much money at all. To my mind, money is scary and when I go there, I feel like I have to have the money and things like everyone else that I see online. I have not met anyone who has started out with absolutely nothing. If they don’t have “money,” they either have a job, someone who is funding them or an opportunity given to them by someone who does have “money.”
That is the way that this world works, it seems to me.
That being said, working hard is a person’s greatest resource. Always have I worked harder than anyone that I know, but still do I have nothing to show for it. Sean always says that this is because I am putting all my time and effort into the wrong things.
Thus, the time has finally come for me to put all my time and effort into the right things!

You know, I am still just setting up my business… that’s why I haven’t made any money, yet. The right things have to be in place before income is possible and I don’t have everything in place quite yet.
I am always helping people, that is my nature… it’s the making money for my many efforts that I have needed to work on. It’s because I have done everything to avoid money all my life that I don’t have any. Money hurt me and abused me… but, with some added life experience, I can now embrace the fact that money can love me, protect me and take care of me as well.
I also must be addicted to giving myself away. As noble as such a selfless, giving attitude is, it doesn’t provide a very good standard of living for anyone in this world.
As Sean is always saying, I will do my best to begin doing the right things in the right way so I can finally earn the money that I truly deserve.

Yes, make sure you get your Facebook ad training… there’s so much out there, too! However, as I’ve mentioned, I’ve been in trainings where I’ve personally watched people set up FB ads who have made so much money on Facebook. One of these people is one of my coaching mentors, Sharon Livingston, who had never tried Facebook ads until just a couple months ago. She can’t believe how many new people this has put on her list. That’s why during one of our regular supervision calls (included in my coaching certification), she couldn’t resist going onto Facebook to show all us coaches how easy it is. And she only spends $20 / day for all these new leads!

Leslie, it’s true that I may not be aware of all that’s available on Fiverr since I’m not in the market for a lot of the services there. It’s good to know that Americans can make a decent living on Fiverr. That’s great. Going way low on the price on an in-demand item and then offering add-on services – that’s a really great marketing strategy!

Kristin, I’m certainly not yet in a place in my business where I need a virtual assistant. Maybe when I’m making hundreds of thousands of dollars a year, I’ll look into my options. When and if I were ever to decide to hire one, a virtual assistant would so very important to my business, so I would want to pay them top dollar. It is nothing other than hiring slave labor when you pay someone in another country $5 / hour. Sean is very successful, but I doubt he has a virtual assistant. I think it’s better to keep it simple and just do it yourself unless you are some multi-million dollar corporation.
