I haven’t been on any calls of late because of the time difference its 2am when the call is on, but I have now rearrange my schedule so I will be getting on the from this week. I have previously been on his calls (as listen to the replays) and yes the information is interesting and definitely worth the time to be on the call.

I agree, I did the upsell (just for the sake of an upsell as I was told to do this) for a while as recommended by the training I had done, but now I don’t (except if it works to give further, some time it does, some times it doesn’t).

I think the best freebie is the one that resonates with your audience and gives them answers they are looking for. Yes it is wishy washy, but I feel that you need to create what is needed.For example a checklist or report may give enough material or maybe you need to go deeper with an ebook. Sometime a audio or video will give the information better that the written word and it can also be a webinar.
How I decided the best freebie!
This is the process I go through
1. I work out what problem I am going to solve and write it as a question
2. I then do an online of answer
3. Then looking at the answer I decide what is the best way to answer it for my audience
4. I then create it!

I agree you should tell them the benefits, but you should also keep them interested. So if you are going to email each day. Here’s my thoughts, not sure if its right but it has worked for me 🙂
So lets look at if them come through you optin “How to Choose a Ghostwriter”
Email 1: you send them a welcome email with the download (even if you have sent them to a download page) and maybe mention something in the ebook that encourages them to actually read it not just open and skim.Email 2: Tell them about a problem and a solution but done sell them anything
Email 3: Ask them about the ebook … connect with them? Do they have any questions how they can connect with you ie email, facebook, phone etc. Still no sell but link it to what you are going to show them in the next email
Email 4: Solve a problem, give benefit of a product you have. If they are still opening they are now starting to be interested and ready to take action
Email 5: give value, tell them something personal so you are now becoming someone they are interested in listening to.. deal with a pain point
Email 6: once again talk about your product
Email 7: give value again
and this continues. You want to give value a couple of time, the product and when you have something really go to offer do it as a campaign so they may already get your email from your sequence, but they may also get another one from you as you are excited to offer them this product.
Point to remember:
Make sure that you signature has a cta, so if they are ready to take action they take the one you want them to do. ie url to your course or coaching
Email lengths should vary from quick a couple of line ones to long ones this makes them want to engage as if you always send short ones they tell to only open them when they have a minute or two and if you only send long ones they may only open when they have 10-15 min spare. So keep them interested. Sean is an expert at this!All things Digital

Hi Jennifer, Yes you can definitely do a Paypal button a think the main question is are you looking for affiliates. Which from you message above is part of your goal.
So you have several options to get affiliates and then pay them you can use platforms like Clickbank, Jvzoo, Warrior Forum etc where they are the payment and processing platform as well as a way to connect with affiliates.
You can also create you own affiliate area using other online platforms such as https://www.affiliatly.com and https://www.refersion.com/
Or you can use wordpress plugins such as https://affiliatewp.com/ and https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-affiliate/ to name a few.As you where looking for ready made affiliate then clickbank can be a good choice, not sure what you mean ‘little prom in the corner now’.
I am currently using https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-affiliate/ on a ecommerce site that I have that I am about to hand over to one of my daughters (I did the website affiliate and social media setup and started getting sales for it and now she is taking it over)
I am about to but up a new product on clickbank (have used previously but not in the last 6 months) so I can tell you how that will go by Monday 🙂
I will update this more after I have done the set up on how to and pros and cons 🙂

best thing would be to download the images and resize them. If you are on a pc it is pretty simply open them in paint and then click on the resize button in the top bar and change the size to pixels (600- 800 px ) should sit nicely on your page. Just do a couple and see. Also make sure you save a jpeg over png as the size will be smaller.
Another thing you can do is add a plugin called https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-smushit/ it will Compression and Optimization your images. Just use the free version no need to get pro version.

I think people are holding back, but it maybe also not sure what to write. I think when we start having some accountability it may help because then everyone is working together towards a common goal.

Very interesting I enjoyed reading this 🙂
A couple of things that would make it even better. The red is really hard on your eyes and many people associate it with something wrong (ie at school red is incorrect or accounting red is in debt) I recommend changing it to black.
Also your content page does not have page numbers and you can’t click on entries to go to the page. Visually a few motivational images would help readers if they are visual learners as this will help them feel good about filling in the information.
Another recommendation is to have a disclaimer copyright page at beginning especially as you are talking about money.These are all little things that can be changed easily and will enhance the value of your great information 🙂

I think the biggest thing that stops me from making progress it wanting it perfect, but I am working on that and have put out things that I would previously not done so. So really the obstacle is my own belief in ‘is it good enough” but now that I am in ecommerce I am finding it a lot easier and my progress is definitely moving forward at a better rate 🙂

I am working full time online so I spend anywhere from 30 – 50 hours per week. 30 is standard but sometimes 50 if doing a major product or launch.
Last week I only did 15 hours as it was my twins graduation for high school and a lot of time was spent with them. That’s what I love about working for myself that I can have weeks like this.
I still am working time versus money but I am changing over my business model so I can create move away from this.
BTW I count answering in there as work related and usually come on in between tasks as a break before moving to next task 🙂All things Digital

I use thrive themes, but I use it for my website and all my landing and squeeze page. I bit expensive when you first look at it but when you see the things that are included it become a great solution. I can do squeeze pages several other ways to if you want to show me what you are working with and I can help out 🙂

To answer your question this is the target that II had for last campaign and will use for next (as similar product price point) and it got my good results (it was not in the IM market, but my next one will be)
– I will go with purchasing 100 clicks
– I want around 40-50% sign up if not test again with new squeeze page
– I also aim to get 2 sales and 1 upsell (if applicable)
– if I get that I then increase to 500 clicks
– sales 5+
– otos 1-3Not sure if Sean or others think this is good or bad?
After testing to know it is converting my biggest focus is getting others as my affiliates and I will be looking for new affiliate next week when I launch my new product.

I am glad you and your family have good and you are ok to get going again. I think you could do start with these several tasks.I tend to give more to do advise (I hope this is okay)
– Go to the First Fast Start Training – Do This First section and Click on Introduction and listen to the audios here (great to get focused again)
– Pick 2 forum questions that you could help and comment (make you feel proactive)
– Go do Sean’s Lesson 1 and act on that (if you have already done that add it to “Promote Your Landing Page Here” and give a cheer)
– Write a question that you have been always wondering about in the forum and watch the help come inIt doesn’t matter how long it takes (depending on your time frame) but after a hard time taking structure action seems to bring you back into focus so you can move forward again 🙂

Scott, Great Start!
A couple of things you can do an the top for branding is create a logo, and a cta button for example “find out more” to go to your squeeze page on banner (you had me curious and then left me hanging haha) add a favicon to remove the weebly “w” add professionalism.Put your Privacy Statement on another page and then a link to it in your footer. With so much great content you can use your footer to create a second menu and expand your more section there. This will allow things to be easily seen.
Without seeing your setup I was wondering are the button all categories for articles? If they are you can do so much with this section. I haven’t played around in weebly for awhile (I mainly use joomla and wordpress) but happy to go into more detail if you want help.
You have some really valuable information here and a great usp 🙂

I like Camtasia also but I have some other program depending on what I need I have one called faststone capture (cost my $20) which I use for screen sharing recording and power point videos. I also use EasyVSL for Sales pages that are text only and I have played around with vidizi which does quick 10-30 sec videos and Video Builder app which I have had for awhile and not really used (should probably check it out further).
So in saying that the video software I would recommend depends on what you are doing with it and how much you want to spend Yes Camtasia is really good but expensive. Where as I can get a pretty good video for:
– Screenshot Videos Faststone capture $20 and then editing in with Movie Maker
– For written VSL either Power Point and Faststone Capture(capturing screenshot of powerpoint with voice over) or EasyVSL (I think its pretty dear now)

I think having mentors are a must, whether you are learning from their products, books or courses or having one on one time with them. They help with guidance and clarity.
The benefits of having many mentors is learning different things from different people, giving you more scope to create your own opinion. The only time this can become an issue is if two of your mentors are teaching you the same thing and giving you totally different information, but if you are aware of this and can take that information, process it and take action then awesome.All things Digital

Yes we have all been there (and still are there on some things haha) the calls are great if you just take notes (you can refer to later) and them take one piece of advise and implement it.
If you have an opportunity to ask a question think about the most burning question you have and get that one answer, to the action and then ask next one. It takes a bit longer getting everything done but you do it well and can repeat it again and again and lets face it most of what we do it repetition.All things Digital
