Maybe a tutorial section.
I know we have a post anything section but it feels a little weird putting cheat sheets and tutorials in that section.
I have a bunch of cheat sheets, case studies, and tutorials I would like to post but I don’t want to overwhelm that section.

I still use up sells and when most people try to up sell me I do feel similar to you Julie. And I will not buy from them.
But there are a few Marketers who I have trusted over the years (Sean being one of them)who offer tremendous value and I know that the front end product is enough to make the product/system work.

I have used several lead magnets including ebooks, short reports, cheat sheets, and videos.
A training that I did with Sean mentioned free consultations. I wonder how well they converted, I am glad to see you having success with this method Mark.

My reason for wanting an online business is pretty basic I guess. I want to spend more time with my seven children. I would like to take MMA classes with the boys and put the girls in gymnastics and dance.
I want time freedom. I don’t want to miss their childhoods.

Sorry for such a slow response, but I have not been in this section for a while.
Instagram has 800 million active users and does not have as many bots as Facebook and Twitter.
Instagram is relatively free of clutter, while it is much smaller than Facebook (which is filled with clutter) and not as easy to navigate as Instagram.
Instagram’s engagement is much higher than Facebook. Instagram’s engagement is 10 times higher than Facebook.
Instagram does not have the same negativity that is found on Facebook.
Facebook is 💯 ads supported. So you have different posts/ads everywhere. Instagram while they have ads does not overwhelm your feed.
Instagram has a much younger demographic, while Facebook is considered the social media platform for parents by teens.
Instagram is all pictures and 60 second videos. Not a lot of reading like Facebook and Twitter.
Instagram influencers make money from companies of all sizes for promoting their products to their followers, other users asking them to promote for them (something like a solo ad but way cheaper), and of course promoting your own offers/affiliate offers.
Several months ago I was able to get a weekend end stay at a nice hotel for shouting them out on Instagram.
Instagram allows regular people to get perks that used to be reserved for celebrities. All you need is a decent following and the nerve to ask. Businesses need exposure. I have no such luck with this strategy and Facebook.

I also no longer make New Year’s resolutions,. I have a horrible track record with New Year’s resolutions. I start out hard but around a month or so nothing.
Now I just start something and focus on getting to the two week mark. They say, it only takes two weeks for something to become a habit and that seems to ring true with me.

I can see both sides. I am staying with this forum because it’s new and I believe Sean is going to put a lot of effort into making Preneurpal work.
I have missed a lot of ground floor opportunities and I vowed not to miss this one.
Seeing only the top contributors let’s me know how pathetic my participation has been to this group. And is a reminder to step up or get left behind.

That sounds like a typical day for me.
I start focusing on one thing that I have to get done in the time I have allotted, and then when I look up I have about 20 browser windows open.

Bruce most of the work must be done by the presenter. You simply select accept or go live after the presenter invites you.
My wife and I do this sometimes just talking to family and friends.
I’ll give you both sides so you can inform the presenter.
Presenter: Facebook profile page, click on post, menu will pop up, select go live.
Presenter: must enter description of live event (Presenter should select landscape mode, so presenter and interviewee have a 50/50 split screen).
Presenter: Click go live
Presenter can not add guest until they go live and the guest must be watching the live stream
Presenter: To select a guest swipe right, click on eyeball at the top of the page or click on their comment.
Presenter: Select the person you want to invite, choose invite.
Interviewee: will receive a notification that they have been invited to a live stream.
Interviewee:. Accept or Decline, then click on go live button.
Interviewee: Will not be joined into the live stream until you match the presenters screen orientation, Turn your phone as necessary.
Presenter or interviewee can click on X to exit live stream.
Presenter’s and interviewee’s followers will be notified of live stream.
As I said earlier pretty much everything is done by presenter.

I create my products/memberships with Google classroom. It is free and you can have up to 1,000 students. With Google Classroom you can interact with your students and/or create accountability programs (homework, quizzes, and Tests)!

If I procrastinate that creates unnecessary work for me. If I do not get Monday’s work done than I have double the work on Tuesday and so on for the rest of the week. Which means that I must preform miracles on the the weekends.

The one who stands out to me is Pranov Yadave, the CEO of Neuro Insight he has a technology to map consumer’s brains in relation to ads.
This reminds of the software that was released a couple years back that told you where visitors focused there eyes on your site during their visit (thus telling you where to put your ads/landing pages).

I planned on spending 25 hours this weekend on listing, evaluating, selling my domains, and working on a product launch.
I spent maybe 10 hours on these tasks. I spent most of this weekend helping a friend and Chuck E Cheese’s.

First off let me say, WOW!! I absolutely love the content, your voice lends itself well to audio(you sound great)! I thought I was listening to a Simon and Schuster recording.
I agree with Bruce there is far too much white between picture, logo, and title.
I would add a part 2 to the second introduction, I was not going to click on because I thought it was the same lesson.

It’s funny how often I speak to other Internet Marketers and they often complain about the opportunities they missed to get on the ground floor of Google, Facebook, or any of the major social networks but when I mention this opportunity all I get is “I’ll wait and see”.

I use leadpages and click funnels. Click funnels is a costs a lot more but the can deliver my freebie from their site. Which helps when I am experimenting and I don’t want to build a website yet.

I would not attempt to sell something on the first email that the person gets from me. I like to communicate with my prospects first, get to know them and vice versa.
But I do have plr products and products that I bought the license for that do immediate follow ups and OTO’s.

I like the forum style. I would like to click on the tutorials link and scroll down to the Facebook tutorial section.
I another feature I would like to see a joint venture section and/or a section where you can have Preneurpal members review your product to better your product and to build up testimonials.

I have been avoiding building my business on Facebook for some reason.
After the holidays I am going to set up a page and start doing live’s.

I started off online selling SMC products on eBay, then I decided I wanted a much more passive income online and I start building niche sites.
My sites were created around AdSense and affiliate products. The idea back then was to rank them on page 1 and you could just about forget about them.
I got really good at ranking them and I was making a decent living until google changed it’s algorithm and I lost nearly all my page 1 rankings. I had close to 75 sites.
Only two sites kept their rankings (Authority sites that were built differently)
The lesson that I learned from this experience is not to put all your eggs in someone else’s basket.

Instagram uses hashtags like Twitter. So you would have to find popular hashtags that people in your niche are using and go after those hashtags.
Instagram is a little weird when it comes to what’s a popular hashtag. One that we know is a popular keyword phrase in our respective niche, does not always translate into a popular hashtag.
Before you begin any campaign you must properly identify the hashtags you want to go after and you must locate the top dog’s in your niche (to follow and skim followers from).

I find that if I don’t create my avatar, I don’t hit my markets sweet spot.
If I am selling weight loss products for example, I create an avatar based on characteristics that I can rank for (I am still a seo guy) and groups that are hungry. While the weight loss niche is huge (and some of the people will be motivated to take action a vast majority will not be ready) and I could go broad and target millions of people (also tons of competition), I prefer to target brides to be, who want to lose weight in 6 months or so for their wedding (they are definitely motivated).
If I did my avatar right I know my customers pain points, their likes, if they prefer to learn via ebooks/videos/services. If my niche spends money or if they are freebie seekers.

I do not know why we believe that we can pack everything into the weekend.
I know that my wife and kids already have plans for me during the weekend. So that is going to cut into my weekend work hours.
Bottom line, I need to get Monday’s work done on Monday even if I have to stay up a little later.
